Under-Age Worker Here, it is intended to refer to a person who is too young to be employed on a permanent basis. However, there are laws that allows young people to get employed subject to strict legal provisions.
Under-Performance Job performance by an employee below the standard required for satisfactory performance. This is determined during a performance review. Under-performance is a bit better than the performance of the worst employee but below the average required for that type of job.
Unified Service Scheme A unified service scheme refers to a set of jobs that have similar characteristics such as the level within the organizational hierarchy, the scope of the job and responsibilities. People can get easily transferred within such unified service scheme. Transfer to a different scheme may pose problems.
